Board of Directors

Natosha Warner is one of the founders of CCOW.  She has more than 30 years of proven experience advocating for various communities. A strategic communication and community planning expert, Natosha saw the need to help our most vulnerable population and with the help of the board, founded this organization. She is a world traveler and highly sought motivational speaker and trainer. She is also a mental health counselor where she provides clients with strategies to work though their trauma while never advocating for them to "get over it." Natosha comes from a long line of military heroes in that her husband, father, grandfathers, brother and brother-in-law, aunt and uncles are all veterans.  She is proud to support and lead this effort to end homelessness for our nation's heroes while bringing her expertise of greenhouse farming and mental wellness to the organization.

Bryanne Grainger is one the Founding Board members of CCOW. She is an experienced engineer and plant manager with one of the largest technological agencies in the world.  She is also the daughter of a veteran and is proud to serve on the board of directors.  Bry is also passionate about aiding foster children and serves as the Executive Director for Fostering Bravery, Inc. in addition to being one of the founding members of that organization. Fostering Bravery, Inc., provides services and resources to foster children and their families. 

Myeisha Harris is a longtime community advocate, and visionary who has a passion for helping others. Her talents have helped to shape the efforts of CCOW. A natural leader, Myeisha brings a wealth of experience to fundraising, organizing and planning webinars.  Her dedication to the mission will help the CCOW community soar to new heights as we look to offer coaching to our community soon. Myeisha will also spearhead this effort. 

D'Veda Mitchell is one of the founding Board Members of CCOW. She has over 20 years of experience in occupational safety management, training, and talent management. She is also an experienced leader in sustainability, renewable energy and workforce development.  She is a widely sought international leader and motivational speaker in her quest to educate and motivate people to live up to their full potential.  She is a valued added board member whose experiences and contributions are highly regarded. 

Courtney Gale is one of the founding Board Members of CCOW.  Courtney is a recent graduate of Delaware State University where she majored in Public Health with a minor in Kinesiology. When she's not volunteering her time to continual advancement of CCOW, Ms. G, as she's affectionately called by many students who recognize her is a long-time teacher with the Forum to Advance Minorities in Engineering (FAME). Courtney has been a wealth of information, bringing her expertise in fundraising, social media content management and her passion to help homeless veterans.  Courtney also attended First State Military Academy for high school and has a long list of volunteer hours serving veterans and the overall community.
