Natosha Warner is one of the founders of CCOW. She has more than 30 years of proven experience advocating for various communities. A strategic communication and community planning expert, Natosha saw the need to help our most vulnerable population and with the help of the board, founded this organization. She is a world traveler and highly sought motivational speaker and trainer. She is also a mental health counselor where she provides clients with strategies to work though their trauma while never advocating for them to "get over it." Natosha comes from a long line of military heroes in that her husband, father, grandfathers, brother and brother-in-law, aunt and uncles are all veterans. She is proud to support and lead this effort to end homelessness for our nation's heroes while bringing her expertise of greenhouse farming and mental wellness to the organization.

Courtney Gale is one of the founding Board Members of CCOW. Courtney is a recent graduate of Delaware State University where she majored in Public Health with a minor in Kinesiology. When she's not volunteering her time to continual advancement of CCOW, Ms. G, as she's affectionately called by many students who recognize her is a long-time teacher with the Forum to Advance Minorities in Engineering (FAME). Courtney has been a wealth of information, bringing her expertise in fundraising, social media content management and her passion to help homeless veterans. Courtney also attended First State Military Academy for high school and has a long list of volunteer hours serving veterans and the overall community.
